Will my customers know you fulfilled it?
No. We fulfil entirely under your brand. Generic LFUK packing slip on standard orders. No LFUK branding on the parcel itself. White label tiers add your branded packaging.
What does standard packaging look like?
Standard orders ship in plain, clean protective packaging. Professional and presentable but unbranded. White label tiers upgrade this to your branded stickers, mailers, tissue paper, and inserts.
What if my product isn't listed?
Ship us your materials and we handle production and fulfilment. If a laser can work on it, we can fulfil it. We'll quote a bespoke rate for your specific product.
How do I connect my sales channel?
We integrate via ShipStation with all major platforms including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Not on the High Street, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, and eBay. For any other channel we accept CSV uploads. Full onboarding in under a day.
What is Amazon SFP accreditation?
Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime requires 99% of orders placed by 3pm to be delivered next day. It's one of the most demanding operational standards in UK ecommerce — and the benchmark our entire operation is built around.
What dispatch options are there?
Standard fulfilment dispatches within 1 to 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — included on all accounts. Same-day dispatch before 2pm via Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as a premium upgrade, quoted per account.
What if there's a production error?
Every order is quality checked and photographed before dispatch. If we make an error, we remake and reship at no cost to you, same day where possible.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No minimum volume and no contract required. We work with sellers doing 20 orders a month and those doing 2,000. Pay per order, scale freely.
How does white label packaging work?
You purchase your branded materials in batches upfront. We source, proof, and manage this at trade pricing. We hold your stock and reorder automatically before it runs low. The per-order add-on covers our handling only.
